You're not sure what the fault is, or don't complete the contact form
If you are uncertain about the fault on your radio, or forget to complete the contact form below, a nominal service fee of £12.00 will apply. Rest assured that this fee will be credited back to you if the fault is found to be covered under warranty, making it a cost-effective option for you.
